You do not have an appointment until it has been accepted and approved

We do not offer refunds for services
A NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED FOR ALL SERVICES
IF YOU CANCEL/ RESCHEDULE A NEW DEPOSIT WILL BE REQUIRED FOR FUTUTE BOOKING
There is a 10 minute grace period for all appointments. If you are past the 10 minute late mark you will me marked as a no-show and for charged 100% of services booked .
NO CALL- NO SHOW
If you are a NO CALL/NO SHOW your appointment will be charged FULL AMOUNT of the services booked.
Until previously balance is paid off you are unable to book any future appointments
If you need to cancel/reschedule your appointment it must be done 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment, if not you will be charged FULL AMOUNT of the services booked.
We will do fills over another lash techs work. HOWEVER, if isolation is not great we will be forced to do a removal and new set.
Due to the nature of this service, we kindly ask that you do not bring any extra guests with you to your appointment.
Our policies stated above are non negotiable and apply to each client, therefore please read this thoroughly before scheduling services with us.
